Rare Bourbon Collection and Private Tasting for Eight
Bourbon tasting with Executive Bourbon Steward Jason Henderson. This package includes a tasting for up to eight people at the home of Keith Thompson & Don Foster (or at a location of your choice). Jason will take your group through an educational experience on the history of bourbon, the distilling and aging process, and the unique differences between bourbon and other whiskeys and liquors. This experience includes a selection of rare bourbons that the group will taste, and the group will keep what’s left of the bottles after the tasting for personal use! All bourbon, equipment, and appetizers will be provided as part of this experience.
The Rogue Underground Dining Society Secret Dinner Package
The Rogue Underground Dining Society has been providing adventurous diners with the chance to enjoy creative and innovative dining experiences for over 15 years. Led by two pioneering chefs, the society aims to craft menus featuring local and seasonal ingredients complemented by the finest quality products. The menu details are limited, encouraging you to take a leap of faith. From foie gras to fennel, wine to venison, the menu is always exciting and kept secret until you arrive at the table. Each event includes appetizers, three or four courses, and dessert. Beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are carefully selected for each course. This dinner, which can host up to 6 guests, can be held at the home of board member Keith Thompson & Don Foster or the home of the Rouge chefs on a mutually convenient date.

SDT produces a variety of mainstage comedies, dramas, and musicals regularly attended by 10,000+ audience members annually.

SDT operates three Stray Pups Youth Theatre programs each year attended by 100+ students. Each program concludes with an all-youth production.

SDT offers senior citizens the experience of performing in collaborative productions through Silver Stage Senior Theatre.

SDT stages a New Works Laboratory wherein playwrights, performers, and audiences interact to refine as-yet-unpublished scripts as they unfold live on stage.
