Get ready to enter a world where fairytale misfits take center stage! Follow everyone’s favorite green ogre, Shrek, as he sets out to rescue the spirited Princess Fiona with the help of his hilarious sidekick, Donkey. Along the way, they discover that true friendship and beauty come from within. Filled with big laughs, catchy songs, and larger-than-life characters, this show reminds audiences that it’s what makes us different that makes us special.

AUDITIONS

Auditions will be held January 10 (10am to 2pm).

Audition sign up begins on December 15, 2025.

March 9 - May 7: Mon/Wed 6:00-8:30pm, Sat 10:00am-2:00pm

May 4-7: 5pm-9pm

 

PERFORMANCES

  • Friday, May 8 - 7:00pm (actors called at 6:00pm)

  • Saturday, May 9 - 7:00pm (actors called at 6:00pm)

  • Sunday, May 10 - 2:00pm (actors called at 1:00pm)

  • Friday, May 15 - 7:00pm (actors called at 6:00pm)

  • Saturday, May 16 - 7:00pm (actors called at 6:00pm)

  • Sunday, May 17 - 2:00pm (actors called at 1:00pm)

PROGRAM FEE 

  • Fee is $400 per child for the entire program.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Cast members must be available for ALL performances.

  • There will be a mandatory parent meeting on February 28 at 10:00am where detailed information will be provided.

  • All final paperwork and program fee must be submitted on or before the first day of the program (March 8).​

TICKET INFORMATION

Box Office/Will Call opens 1 hour prior to performance. Tower Grove Abbey is a “general seating” theatre. The receipt from tickets purchased online will act as your entry ticket until you check in at the Box Office.

 

All tickets are non-refundable. Individual tickets are not exchangeable. Any tickets that are not picked up by ten (10) minutes prior to curtain will be released to waiting customers.
