When young James is sent to live with his dreadful aunts, he never dreams that a magic potion will grow a gigantic peach—and lead him on the adventure of a lifetime! With a band of oversized insect friends, James sets sail across the ocean to find a place where he truly belongs. This musical is a whimsical journey packed with heart, humor, and the power of imagination—perfect for dreamers of all ages.

Enrollment opens February 3, 2026. To enroll your child in summer camp or for more information please email pups@straydogtheatre.org.

May 26-June 27, 2026

Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm (Please note there will be no camp on June 19)

 

PERFORMANCES

  • Friday, June 26 - 7:00pm (actors called at 6:00pm)

  • Saturday, June 26 - 2:00pm (actors called at 1:00pm)

  • Saturday, June 27 - 7:00pm (actors called at 6:00pm)

  • Sunday, June 28 - 2:00pm (actors called at 1:00pm)

PROGRAM FEE 

  • Fee is $600 per child for the entire program.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Cast members must be available for ALL performances.

  • There will be a mandatory parent meeting on May 23 at 10:00am where detailed information will be provided.

  • All final paperwork and program fee must be submitted on or before the first day of the program (May 25).

TICKET INFORMATION

Box Office/Will Call opens 1 hour prior to performance. Tower Grove Abbey is a “general seating” theatre. The receipt from tickets purchased online will act as your entry ticket until you check in at the Box Office.

 

All tickets are non-refundable. Individual tickets are not exchangeable. Any tickets that are not picked up by ten (10) minutes prior to curtain will be released to waiting customers.
