AS BEES IN HONEY DROWN by Douglas Carter Beane. Opens December 2, 2010 and closes December 18, 2010.

Alexa Vere de Vere, a flashy con artist/grifter who captivates and takes advantage of the almost-famous, has a new target in mind: Evan Wyler, a young New York writer. Alexa meets with Evan, claiming to be a record producer and asking him if he will write a screenplay based on her glamorous life story. She promises him fame and fortune in return--the same things she has promised, but never given, to so many other aspiring hot young aspiring celebrities.

A modern comedy that explores parenting, analysis and the struggle to focus in an era of confusion, the Internet and Ritalin. The story follows the mother's interactions with teachers, therapists and neighbors as she and her husband attempt to determine if her son's problems are rooted in ADD. The actors break the fourth wall as the play itself becomes distracted.

In an isolated house at the edge of a cornfield, in the mountains of Virginia, something almost beyond belief is happening to the Cleary family. When Bridget Cleary goes missing in the dead of night, her husband, Michael, and son, Jeremy, scramble to help the local Sheriff find her. Then, as suddenly as she vanished, Bridget reappears, talking about strange visitations and otherworldly beings. Is she lying? Or are supernatural forces at work? A suspense thriller about the secrets that hold families together.

The great opera diva, Maria Callas, takes center stage of her Master Class Workshop and reveals the passions of her life, loves, and tragedies. Her students (which include the audience) are there to observe, learn, and partake in the journey. A great opportunity for actor/singers who love classical music.

Based on Sam Raimi’s cult films, EVIL DEAD tells the tale of five college kids who travel to a cabin in the woods and accidentally unleash an evil force. Campy send up of the Evil Dead series with hilarious songs like “All the Men in My Life Keep Getting Killed by Candarian Demons,” “Look Who’s Evil Now,” and “Do the Necronomicon.”
